Her professional experience has focused on advising national and international companies on corporate matters. She had participated as advisor in civil and commercial litigation, domestic and international arbitrations and Dispute Boards, she had Advised national and international corporate clients for their establishment in Costa Rica, registration, commercial agreements and contracts, mergers and acquisitions, shareholder’s agreements, and corporate governance, as well as for their day-a-day commercial operation.

She has served as Technical Arbitration Secretary of the Conflict Resolution Center of the Federated College of Engineers and Architects of Costa Rica and of the Conciliation and Arbitration Center (CCA) of the Costa Rican Chamber of Commerce and of the Dispute Resolution Chamber of the Costa Rican Chamber of Commerce. She currently serves as ICC YAF regional representative for Latin America (Forum for Young Arbitrators of the International Chamber of Commerce) and is Executive Director of the Latin American Association of Construction Law ALDEC and representative for LATAM of the youth group ALDEC professionals and is also part of the Construction and Infrastructure Law Commission of the Costa Rican Bar Association.
