His practice focusses in Corporate Law, Foreign Investment, Construction Law, Real Estate Law, Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution (Arbitration, Dispute Boards y Mediation).

He has a extensive experience providing advice in the litigation practice area. He has served as Arbitration Tribunal Secretary of the Conflict Resolution Center of the Federated College of Engineers and Architects of Costa Rica. Throughout his career, he has served as mediator and arbitrator in different ADR Centres in Costa Rica such as CICA, CEMEDAR, CCA, CRC-CFIA, CNRD-Fedefutbol, among others.
